Innovation Spaces are designed to host group meetings. A full day reservation allows you to choose your start time and dig in with your team for up to 8 hours. All meeting space rentals include everything you need to conduct a successful meeting, including a fast WiFi connection, the ability to select your own catering, free on-street parking, a large whiteboard with markers, and use of the common areas for informal breakout sessions. ROOM AMENITIES - 65" video monitor - Standard HDMI Cable - Chromecast (for wireless presenting) - Up to 6 3'x6' rectangular tables (wheeled for easy room adjustment) - Up to 16 cushioned chairs (wheeled for easy room adjustment) - Standard configuration is board room, you are welcome to change during the meeting - Extension cords for easy charging ADD-ON AMENITIES The following add-on options can streamline and customize your meeting. You'll have the opportunity to add these to your meeting after you complete your booking. - Team Building: Fun, hands-on activities designed to energize your meeting and help your team think differently. We can facilitate a session or provide a kit. - Facilitator Kit: Poster pads, easels, post-it notes, markers - all the tools you need for innovation.
